With over 40 years of combined experience in the speech and debate community, our founders have seen it all. They've competed, coached, judged, and ran tournaments, giving them a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful event.
At Standby, we specialize in handling hiring and payroll for judges, taking the burden of additional paperwork off the shoulders of tournament directors. Our goal is to make your tournaments run smoothly, allowing you to focus on what really matters – delivering an exceptional experience for all participants.
About Us
The tournament checklist is never-ending, so let us handle those last details. We finalize all of the payroll paperwork, invoicing, and pay your judges within 2 weeks of fulfilling their commitment.
